Today, Colorectal Cancer has been increasing than 5 or 10 years ago.You can check  here for further information. So, now how can we detect this earlier and do prevention ?

To detect Colorectal cancer, you must check -excuse me- your anal. We can do this, when we take a bath. With your finger, check! is there any mass ? , is there anything wrong with yours ?

Doctor will do the same as you did. Because that is the premier procedure. Then if there is something or indicating Colorectal Cancer, doctor will check more with biopsy and other procedures.

You can also check your defecation habit. is that Good ?? is it as usual ?? Because cancer / tumor can obstruct our colon, part or total. It can change your defecation habit. Right ?? ( say yes yaaa... :) )

Check!, is there any Blood in your Stool ?? Or Change in Color ?? more Red , Black ?   

Must be Aware! if there is change in your Stool Color..
